Dr. Seuss Week

 

This week we have been honoring Dr. Suess's Birthday

 

Monday we had the Cat in the Hat visit our classroom and read us a story!

Tuesday we had a snack day where we made marshmallow gummy hats, sorry we ate them in class.

Wednesday we received a Dr. Seuess Pencil and had some really fun pages to work on.  We even made an official Dr. Seuss Cootie Catcher!

Thursday we estimated red fish, blue fish from containers and we did a computer scavenger hunt for Dr. Seuss facts.  Did you know his name is actually Theodore Guisel not Dr. Seuss?

Friday we made OOBLECK.  Remember to check our backpacks for the ooze so it does not spill all over our school books.
